The OCCII has no central programming, instead there are several programming groups that set the agenda.
These groups are:

HALLO GALLO! (StenzeQuo Crew)
A/V CLUB (Experimental Music and Films)
MKM! (Loud-Music)
BASSCULTURE (Reggae – Roots Steppa – Digi Dub – Miscellanneous)
REBEL UP! Soundclash (World Sounds)
SPELLBOUND (Queer Dance Party)
