How Yes No is a post punk/art punk/wave power trio from Zagreb, Croatia. Their songs, short, funky, punky, jazy, chaotic and straight to the point are reminiscent of Minuteman, Gang of Four, Lithics, Duds, Uranium club and so on. The band itself was formed during lockdown in 2020 but the band members are seasoned street cats of the DIY/punk scene. The real life was given to the band in 2022 when the EP ”Small talk” was released along with the music video for the song ”Under the rug”. After playing 5 tours, the band recorded their second EP, Simple Tones. They will spend 2026 mostly on the road promoting their new stuff. If you like being confused and amused, check them out!

Dad Joke is a garage post-punk solo act embracing a lo-fi aesthetic and a “less is more” approach recently released a debut EP “How many songs can you handle this night.” The EP was recorded in a garage in Zagreb, with Goran Lautar and his Tascam behind the recording. The sound reveals influences from garage antiheroes across the punk spectrum.

With an angular post-punk and riot-grrrl edge, My Purse’s music is actively ‘anti-sauce’, forming a counter-movement to the wall of sound typically associated with (post-)punk. Interlocking guitars and dominant basslines create space for multi-part vocal melodies. Featuring members from Yodel Queen, Cardigan Inn, and Hondenfokker, various styles converge. In My Purse, they find common ground in their vision of sound: while much is happening, the music never becomes a wall of sound: not ‘sauce’, but ‘anti-sauce.
