Technical Info
If you are coming to play at OCCII you might need some technical info about the venue and our equipment. If you think your performance has specific technical requirements that might not be covered by the equipment listed here, please discuss this with us at the earliest possible opportunity.
Stage
Our stage is 4.5 x 5m. It is raised about 60cm from ground level.
The stage has a white back wall, 4m x 3m (behind curtains) for projections.
Projections
We have an HDMI / VGA projector. Please note this beamer does not have a remote control. Going up and down the ladder is the only way to turn it on and off. The beamer mount is currently not very sturdy, and cannot be set very accurately. We strongly recommend bringing your own beamer and beamer mount if projections are an important element of your event.
Backstage
There is a small room behind the stage which can be used to store equipment / instrument cases for the evening. We don’t have a dedicated greenroom, but the shared office/kitchen space upstairs could be used as such.
Lighting
We have a LED lighting system with 12 lamps hung above the stage and in the hall. This is set up to be controlled via Lumidesk. This software is very limited and does not allow for much realtime control.
