THE BERMUDA TRIALTOS

Three bands lead by epic alto sax players from all over the world connect the U.S., Wales and Ukraine colliding in Amsterdam to bring us a powerful night leading bands made out of various musicians representing the local scene worldwide. Nicole McCabe, Alice Legget and Diana Dzhabbar invite you to a night of modern/electric/alternative/hyper/groovy/folkloric/traditional/independent music, made with love.

DIANA with Da Boiz:

Diana with Da Boiz is a dynamic ensemble that masterfully combines the sophisticated intricacies of jazz with the vibrant energy of hip-hop. NICOLE MCCABE’s European Chicken Wings*:

Four – very active in the local scene – little chicken wings join Nicole as she passes by to tell us about the secret seasoning. It is said that she will reveal it in the concert itself if it goes well. Come to listen (and possibly dance) to some very much modern/current jazz.

*the wings are a metaphor for cross cultural artistic interchange of the improvisational kind, something you could only compare to magic; no chickens were harmed in the production of this concert, vegan friendly.

– Nicole McCabe – alto sax

– Liva Dumpe – voice

– AgusFulka – guitar and electronics

– Chaer-in Im – synths

– Ton Felices – double bass and electronics

– Jaimie Peet – drums
