SY-KI + MIN TAKA + THRILLED + &The

Psyche or sy-ki, a blond girl with real butterfly wings, the Greek goddess of the mind and soul. Since 2018, Tara Thomas has produced her own songs, sharing her work under the name sy-ki. The project is the emergence of a new genre in which social problems are treated with a melancholic manner. The goal is to take the audience on a journey to find the deepest secret of their psyche.

Taking her name from a myth of a vanishing planet, Min Taka shares her inner world through genre-bending sounds. Her songs reflect on themes of identity, belonging, femininity, and connection. Min Taka‘s sonic universe ranges from intimate and soft to intense electronic commotion. You will dance and cry at her party.

The interesting chord progressions and big dynamic shifts caused by warm fuzzes and huge drums is what Thrilled is all about. Starting out at school where all of the members met, it quickly turned into something more than that. They are working on their first EP which is to come out in february 2024. Taking big inspiration from shoegaze, but also grunge and punk and many more genres. The warm and fuzzy tones of Thrilled are sure to give you all the goosebumps you need for the day watch them for some catchy headbangin’ heaviness wrapped in all sounds pretty. For fans of: Slowdive, Deftones, Nothing

&The started when Joost showed John some of their indie emo riffs. The Irish folk style of John‘s mandolin playing proved to be a surprising, but perfect fit. After a while Paqui was added on vocals and with her wide range adding another layer to the already diverse sonic palette. Partially rough-edged, partially intricate, &The weave songs with toil and care, like a sturdy and comforting hug or a blanket when you’re napping on the couch. FFO: Lankum, Crywank, Vashti Bunyan
