ALARM PHONE BENEFIT NIGHT

The Alarm Phone is an emergency hotline for people on the move who are in distress at sea. The aim is to support rescue operations and prevent human rights violations. The project has established a self-organized hotline for people on the move. The short-term focus is to ensure that rescue missions are carried out promptly and to prevent pushbacks and other violations. At the same time, we know that the deaths of people on the move could already be a thing of the past if border and visa regimes were dissolved. Therefore, our long-term goal is to create open borders and freedom of movement for everyone. International phone calls are highly costly, requiring substantial amounts of money to keep this operation running and save lives.
